The Lake Garda is one of the main tourist attractions in Northern Italy. It stretches for about 52 km in length and 17 km in width, dividing three regions: Lombardy, Trentino-South Tyrol, and Veneto. The lake is known for its crystal-clear waters and the natural beauty that surrounds it. Along its shores, there are numerous charming villages, including Sirmione, Desenzano del Garda, Peschiera del Garda, Bardolino, Lazise, Garda, and Malcesine.
Lake Garda is also renowned for its sports activities, including sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, rowing, hiking, and cycling. Additionally, visitors can enjoy the lake's beaches, panoramic walks, water parks, and amusement parks such as Gardaland and Caneva World.
The cuisine of Lake Garda is famous for fish dishes, especially coregone, a lake fish, but also for Italian specialties like pasta, pizza, and ice cream.
