The pricing of the apartments is based on one week!
For stays lasting less than a week, there is a supplement of Euro.15, 00 - per day!
Minimum stay 4 days

CHECK OUT till 10:30
For stays less than 1 week we will apply a supplement charge.
Apartments completely furnished, with a wonderful view on Lake Garda, situated close to Hotel.
Services included in the price: complete rent of the apartment, air conditioning, electric stove, refrigerator, television, linen, hot water and cold water, electricity, + all Hotel services.

Category X:
air-conditioned three-rooms apartment (approx. 65 sqm) for 4 people, consisting of 2 bedroom, kitchen, wide balcony (50 sqm) with lake view, private bathroom (8 sqm) with shower / WC, pantry (2 sqm).

Category A:
air-conditioned two-rooms apartment (approx. 45 sqm) for 2/4 people, consisting of 1 bedroom, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, balcony with lake view, private bathroom with shower / WC.

Category B:
air-conditioned studio apartment (approx. 35 sqm) for 2/4 people, composed of bedroom with 2 double bed, kitchen, lounge with sofa bed, balcony with lake view, private bathroom with shower / WC.


INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
full rent of the apartment, air conditioning, electric stove, refrigerator, television, linen, hot water and cold water, electricity, safe, FINAL CLEANING + a change of linen during the week, car parking, free use of swimming pool, use of the deck chairs on the beach, use of city-bike.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Breakfast, dinner , air conditioning from 09.00 in the morning till 17.00 in the afternoon and Citytax Euro 1,50 Person/Day  Child till 6 Jear free.

BREAKFAST AND DINNER
It's possible to have a rich breakfast buffet at our hotel at € 11.00 per person per day and dinner € 18,00 per person per day.
